Yesterday, Rikke and I took a trip to a wildlife preserve of a kind; Dyrehaven. Here’s a taste of the photos we took out there. As soon as I get the time (these were quickly adjusted and uploaded literally minutes before I fell asleep yesterday), I’ll see if I can’t get a photo of one of the deer bulls up.
These are absolutely beautiful! Thanks for sharing. It’s been quite a while since I visited a decent forest, so your images were really uplifting.
Beautiful browns and oranges. Fantastic autumnish colous. Inspirational!
I love that place! Those pictures make me realize that I don’t visit Dyrehaven enough.. Even though I only live 10 minutes away from it. It is simply amazing walking down there and see all the deers walking around eating grass.. Looking at you like they think “What the he.. is that?!”.. :)
You know, my favorite roller coaster in the world is out there… that rickety old wooden thing built back in the 1890s (I think). I always enjoyed my trips there, both to and through the dyrehagen and that coaster. It doesn’t look scary, buy damn if you don’t think you’re going to fly off and die every time it goes around a corner! Been on it?
I haven’t been on it, no. I must admit to preferring Tivoli to Bakken, at least in terms of their ‘amusement parkiness’ ;).
