I’m at a loss for words…
This is very, very awkward… What’s up with all the Stormtroopers?
There cant be many multi-millionaires out there who haven’t done some advertisment work for the asian market. I don’t see the problem :P
hm strange stuff, at the begining i din’t know if they were selling a tv or a carpet O_0
Only in Japan…or wherever! :D
Haha, I think it’s a probably a moment of his life he’d rather forget. It’s so cheesy!
The long lost deleted scene from Lost In Translation. {grin!}
“For relaxing times, make it Suntory time.”
I wonder if that TV is THX approved….
Man that’s creepy.
oi vey
Never been to Japander.com I take it? Its full of weird ads like that. I’ll admit this is one of the stranger ones.
Wow, this is my WTf of the week
Very interesting. The scroll shown in the video is an emaki (picture roll), a traditional Japanese art form often used to present illustrated stories such as the Tale of Genji. The message seems to be that with today’s technology (whenever today was for the ad), we can enjoy aspect ratios from the distant past. Not the kind of ad campaign I can see taking off in the Anglophone world.
Jesus Chr…that was just..weird. There’s another one of him on japander here: http://elfurl.com/ccszv.
Whoa. That was very weird, but whoa.
two words: drug induced.
