The new UNKLE album, War Stories, is coming, and Burn My Shadow is the track spearheading the album.
But, can anything ever really beat Never, Never Land?

I dig your blog.
I prefer Psyence Fiction, but that’s just me.
the new album is right next to me. it arrived as the limited pre-order 3 CD edition today. and i’m sorry to say: the ranking for me is:
1. ape shall never kill ape/last orgy/rock on
2. psyence fiction
3. never, neverland
4. war stories
besides that: UNKLE still rocks – war stories is not bad at all. just a little to much “pop music” for my ears.
the mentioned others i have to check, thanks michael.
Well, you say Never Neverland… It’s of course the best – but hey… They are being helped by Queens of the Stone Age, Pulp, Primal Scream and more on that album. Besides I think the best tracks is Leap of Faith and BlackOut from the GOAL! soundtrack.
Yet I haven’t heard this album, but I’m sure I will someday!
