The all too familiar train ride home. Once again Rikke and I are seated opposite each other, so we can’t really talk to each other (we’re in a ‘shh, quiet the fuck down!-coupe’), nor watch X-men. Bummer.
Oh well, at least it has allowed me to catch up with the veritable mountain of mails that I have been neglecting for so long. The earliest mail I answered? January 11th. Sorry folks.

Yesterday, my grandmother died after a prolonged battle against cancer. I will attend her funeral this weekend.

Why the hell hasn’t anyone made an application for OS X (do it for Windows as well, bt I guarantee you that this is one application that will be bigger on OS X) that ties into iTunes’ library and shows you your album covers in a variety of fancy manners? It’s so obvious! I think I even posted about it more than a year ago, and probably before that as well, yet still nothing!

When I had the applescript mishap about a month back, I lost the song names for somewhere around 1800 tracks or so. Which obviously hurts, but is luckily, most of them are repairable. However, a few albums aren’t immediately salvageable. I still have the music, the artists, album names and track order of course, but without the track names it’s just not the same.
