    Amen to that, brother!

    Yes please.

    Indeed.

I am so looking forward to this movie not sucking. So far it looks good.

I really didn’t care about this either way until I saw the second trailer. Now I’m in drooling fanboy mode. And I don’t even like Superman all that much.

  5. 5 Chris

    Can’t. Fucking. Wait.

Dying to see this. I’m with Aaron — I was skeptical until that second trailer, but it’s won me over. (And let’s be honest: even if it sucks, which I don’t expect it to at this point, it could never be more of a travesty than Superman IV.)

I love that they’re not ignoring John Williams’ great score from the original movie. That theme does me in every time.

I can’t wait to see the movie. The first trailer filled you with the idea that the Man of Steel was back, but the second trailer filled you with the idea that he was indeed back, but that he has to start all over again, regaining trust, the love of his life, while facing the grastest criminal mind of all.

I’m a Superman fan and I’ve been waiting for this movie for too long!

superman is supposed to be ripped with 30” biceps

I’ve always thought that since Superman’s strength came from a different place, then whether he looked like a muscleman or not was never really that important.

The got the lighting on the legs wrong!

(Still looks awesome though, and it wouldn’t look so awesome with the right lighting, I know)

How would a guy pass as a wimpy “mild-mannered reporter” who bumbles his way through the day if he was a muscleman? Think about it, dude! :^)

Yes, please … I really want to see a movie that RE-tells the story of how Kal-el is sent from Krypton to Earth where he is taken in by the Kents and taught how to be a mild-mannered super hero. I am also equally eager to see Lex Luthor plot to undo the Man of Steel in a varied and sinister way. It would be incredibly exciting if the director and writers managed to slip some kryptonite into the film’s story line to remind us (the audience) just how fragile Superman really is.

Yes, I can say that I am not only excited to see yet another Superman film, but am beside myself with joy to see that rather than moving the story —- that practically ever human being on Earth already knows —- forward they have opted to simply re-tell the same story with better special effects.

    Woo ———————— Hoo.

I’m interested to see how the filming in Australia turned out….

Did they really have to photoshop the guy’s package out of the posters?

I’m actually more looking forward to the Transformers movie but I figure I’m gonna go see this one while I wait..

  15. 15 Pud

I’m glad they photoshoped his “package” out of the posters

  16. 16 Michael

    I glad you even care.

Seriously, the sooner I can stop hearing about the ‘cod-piece debacle’ the better. Enough already!

  17. 17 Jg

Personally, I don’t like peas with my cod.

Although I am eagerly waiting for this one to come out, I still think Superman’s hair went out with the musical, Grease…

  19. 19 Bjorn

It’s not easy for me to live my life being who I am … keeping secrets

    Best … delivery … ever.

That line alone makes me want to go see the film.

    That poster looks good.

This post reminds me as well… I’ve fallen waaaaay behind on the production video’s! :o
Ah, gotta catch up on those!!
