I manage our world-class Product Design team, shape our tools, processes and organization to support Squarespace’s mission to ‘help people with creative ideas succeed’.
As an early addition to the company leadership I've had the privilege of helping grow the company to over 600 people, build our current platform from scratch, mature our products to be the high watermark of our industry, make Squarespace a design-led company and create a culture of cross-functional collaboration.
I’m intimately involved with product initiatives across Squarespace, encompassing templates, site management, analytics, domains and commerce across the web, five iOS apps, three Android apps and a number of internal tools.
This in addition to being the lead on our design systems and processes, and one of the principal advocates for many of our biggest product initiatives, including e.g. Squarespace 7 (‘A UX Dream’ according to Wired Magazine).
